Security deposits are normally refunded after equipment inspection.
Refunds may be partially or fully withheld if:
- equipment is damaged;
- accessories are missing;
- cleaning is required;
- rental terms have been breached.
When part of a deposit is kept, we tell you what for, with photos where they apply.
Refunds go back to the card or Mobile Money account you paid from. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
