You can delete your Ahenkora Infra account and its data at any time.
In the app
Open Account, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.
On the website
Sign in, open Your profile and choose Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.
Can't sign in?
Email info@ahenkorainfra.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
Deleted for good
Your name, phone number, profile photo, ID documents and selfie, your messages with our team, and any booking you haven't paid for. You won't be able to sign in to the account again.
Kept, as the law requires
Past bookings, payments, refunds and signed rental agreements, without your contact details. They are stored privately and used only for accounting and legal duties.
When it can wait
If a paid hire hasn't finished, a deposit hasn't been settled, a refund is still on its way or a payment request is open, we finish that first. The app and website tell you which.
